DSC was asked to revisit a previous project to reduce scope and provide renderings in order to visualize the project prior to construction. This medical office will improve quality of care to the doctor’s current patients as he expands his practice and provide better working conditions for his staff. DSC will provide general contracting services through our sister company, Ruatha Development, LLC.

Trade X Group / Kids Dentist
Our client required offices for multiple businesses – Trade X Group, Kids Dentist, and room for additional dental offices to provide full dental services in a single location. Design Studio C, Ltd. provided design and construction management services for the original building, and tenant improvements for Kids Dentist and Trade X Group in 2000. Later, Design Studio C, Ltd. provided design and construction management services for another dentist and orthodontist in the other suites. The dental offices were coordinated with Sullivan Schein.
