The Sayre Residence

A large rotunda acts as the spine for this home, as it houses a spiral staircase leading to second story and “third story” bedrooms. A linear balcony serves the front bedrooms as well. It was designed in 2003, and was a Builder Spec Home.

Oak, Elmhurst Builder Home

This two-Story brick Builder Spec Home was designed in 2004, and features a grand stair tower off of a rear family room. Another prominent feature includes a “third story” loft and bedroom looking out over the second story (see photos).

Design Studio C, Ltd. invites you to take a look at some of our featured stock plans. A package includes 5 sets of Construction Documents, and averages around $6,100, updated to current building and energy codes. For a nominal fee, each plan can be modified to suit as well.
