Tacos El Norte
The former Grill 21 in Libertyville was already an incredible space,
just waiting for a new tenant to take advantage of the dramatic vaulted
ceiling and waterfall views. Working closely with the tenant and
landlord, Design Studio C, Ltd. opened up the main dining area, and
added a new bar looking into the redesigned show kitchen. Much of the
design work happened behind the scenes to make the old commercial
kitchen functional for a new menu.
