Waukegan Yacht Club Study
DSC was asked to develop concept plans for an expansion to the existing Waukegan Yacht Club. The design solved accessibility issues, increased the banquet room capacity to 250 people as well as expanded the kitchen to allow for a second restaurant to operate on a new second floor. The new second floor restaurant and viewing deck offers breathtaking views of Lake Michigan.
