Who We Are

Design Studio C, Ltd. was founded in 1998 to offer
professional architectural services that cater
to entrepreneurial clients.
We specialize in
detailed
commercial projects,
complicated homes on small infill
lots, as well as
intricate
home remodelings throughout the
collar counties around Chicago, Illinois as well as south eastern Wisconsin.
Our practice is unique in that it is diversified.
We offer residential, commercial,
as well as design/build firm services to
homeowners, small business owners,
local homebuilders and developers. Furthermore,
we develop one or more projects a year, either for ourselves or for our clients,
we see the entire project from both the owners perspective and the contractors.
We measure our success with our strong repeat customer
base and with their referrals make up 98% of our
annual projects.
Our practice has blossomed from a
staff of two into its current staff of
6 hard working individuals.
We look forward to
expanding our practice
even more over the next few years as we continue to serve our
existing clients as they pursue larger commercial and
municipal projects.
